I have been using BlogBackupOnline with my previous site and now this site and it has been the best $0 I have probably ever spent.  I know my articles, their images and comments are all being protected.  Automatically.  For nothing.

I can personally vouch that it works great with Wordpress, although they also support:

5 MB of storage will continue to be completely free, which was plenty for my old site and definitely so far for my new site.  Or you can choose to upgrade to 50 MB of storage for $49.95 per year or 1 GB of storage for $99.95 per year.  The paid options also provide different levels of support.

A great product, a great price and should be a requirement for any blogger to protect your intellectual property assets behind your blog.
